Ingredients
1 pkg (700 g) Longo’s pizza dough
Longo’s Essentials All-Purpose Flour for rolling
3 tbsp Longo’s Mediterranean Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, divided
2 Longo’s Fresh Hand Stretched Mozzarella Cheese Balls, thinly sliced
8 slices Longo’s Curato Prosciutto, halved lengthwise
Italian chestnut or chili honey or Longo’s Balsamic Glaze
Directions
Divide dough into 16 equal pieces, on a floured surface. Flatten each into about 4 x 2-inch ovals, using flour to prevent dough from sticking. ’
Brush one side of each oval lightly with some of oil. Place on preheated medium grill, oil side down. Brush top with remaining oil and grill for about 2 minutes. Flip over and grill for another 2 minutes or until slightly puffed and lightly grilled marked.
Top each with cheese and prosciutto; close lid and grill for about 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Remove from grill and drizzle with honey to serve.
