HONEY-SOY GRILLED SHORT RIBS WITH CILANTRO-LIME RICE

Ingredients
1 cup Longo’s Basmati Rice
2 cups Longo’s Essentials Vegetable Broth
1/4 tsp salt
8 to 10 Longo’s Teriyaki Asian-Style Beef Short Ribs (half a 1.81kg box), thawed
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp Longo’s Unpasteurized Liquid Hot Honey
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp each fresh lime juice and lime zest
2 tbsp Longo’s Essentials Sesame Seeds
1 cup each julienned cut carrots and cucumber
(optional)
Directions
Combine rice with broth and salt in saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Set aside.
Meanwhile, place ribs on preheated medium-high greased grill, turning occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly charred. Place in large bowl and toss with soy sauce and hot honey until coated. Stir cilantro, lime juice, lime zest and sesame seeds into rice and divide among dishes. Top with carrots and cucumber, if using.
Serve with ribs.
