HOT HONEY PORK CHOPS

Ingredients
8 fast-fry pork chops (about 450g)
3/4 cup Longo’s Plain Breadcrumbs
1/3 cup Longo’s Pure Liquid Honey
2 tsp hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
1 1/2 cups frozen Longo’s Essentials Peaches & Cream Corn Kernels, thawed
2 tbsp chopped Longo’s Organic Cilantro
Directions
Toss pork chops with 2 tbsp Longo’s Essentials 100% Pure Canola Oil and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Dredge each pork chop in breadcrumbs and set aside.
Whisk together honey and hot sauce; set aside.
Heat corn kernels in microwaveable bowl. Combine with 1 tbsp Longo’s Essentials 100% Pure Canola Oil, cilantro and a pinch each of salt and pepper; set aside.
Heat 3 tbsp Longo’s Essentials 100% Pure Canola Oil over medium-high heat and pan-fry chops in batches, adding more oil as necessary until golden brown on both sides. Set on platter and drizzle with hot honey. Serve with corn.
