LEFTOVER TURKEY PANINI

Ingredients
4 slices Longo’s Sourdough Panettone or Bread
4 tbsp Longo’s Mayonnaise, divided
2 tbsp Longo’s Cranberry Port Chutney (plus extra for serving)
4 slices Longo’s Dutch Edam or Gouda Cheese
1 cup shredded leftover turkey
1 cup Longo’s Organic Baby Arugula or Spinach
Directions
Thinly spread one side of each slice of bread with some of the mayonnaise; turn over. Spread 2 of the slices with chutney and the remaining 2 slices with the remaining mayonnaise. Layer with 1 slice of cheese, turkey, arugula and the second slice of cheese. Top with remaining bread.
Place sandwiches on preheated panini grill or sandwich press; close lid and grill for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden, toasty and melty. (Alternatively, toast sandwiches in a skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side.)
Cut in half and serve with extra chutney on the side.
Tips: Replace turkey with leftover roast or rotisserie chicken. Replace Longo’s Cranberry Port Chutney with Longo’s Mango Peach Chutney.
