LOBSTER TAIL WITH SPICY CAESAR BUTTER

Ingredients
6 Longo’s Lobster Tails (3 to 4oz each), thawed if frozen
2 tbsp Longo’s Avocado Oil
Lemons and lime wedges (optional)
Spicy Caesar Butter:
1/2 cup or 1 stick Longo’s Country Churned Unsalted Butter
2 tsp Caesar rim seasoning (prepared or see tip)
2 tsp Longo’s Prepared Horseradish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Longo’s Curato Chili Pepper
Spread or preferred hot sauce
Directions
Spicy Caesar Butter: Melt butter with seasoning, horseradish, Worcestershire and chili pepper spread in small saucepan set over low heat. Keep warm. Using sharp knife, cut each lobster tail in half. Brush flesh with avocado oil.
Arrange lobster, flesh side down, on preheated greased grill over medium heat and grill for 3 minutes.
Turn lobster; brush with some of the Spicy Caesar Butter. Close lid and cook for 2 to 3 additional minutes or until lobster is opaque and fully cooked.
If desired, grill lemon and lime wedges alongside lobster, turning as needed until marked.
Pile lobster tails with citrus wedges on platter; serve remaining Spicy Caesar Butter alongside to spoon overtop. (The seasonings tend to settle, so be sure to stir butter mixture well before drizzling over lobster tails.)
