4 fresh Longo’s CAB Bacon and Cheddar Burgers 
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
2 tbsp Longo’s Dijon Mustard
4 slices Longo’s Cheddar Cheese
4 slices Longo’s Peameal Bacon, grilled
1 pkg (200g) Longo’s Brioche Burger Buns
Sliced tomato, lettuce leaves and sliced red onion
Longo’s Great Canadian Mix Potato Chips (optional)

Longo's Korean Burger

4 frozen Longo’s Sirloin Beef Burgers   
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
2 tbsp Longo’s Korean Grilling Sauce
4 slices Longo’s Havarti Cheese
4 slices cooked Longo’s Side Bacon
1 pkg (200g) Longo’s Brioche Burger Buns
3 tbsp Longo’s Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Longo’s Korean Style Kimchi
Shredded Nappa cabbage or lettuce leaves

4 fresh Longo’s CAB Prime Burgers 
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
2 tbsp Longo’s Teriyaki Grilling Sauce
4 slices pineapple, grilled
1 pkg (200g) Longo’s Brioche Burger Buns
Lettuce leaves and sliced red onion

Longo's Mediterranean Burger

4 frozen Longo’s Chickpea Veggie Burgers 
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
2 tbsp Longo’s Roasted Garlic & Shallots Grapeseed Grilling Oil
1/4 cup Longo’s Baba Ganouj, Longo’s Ajvar Roasted Red Pepper & Eggplant Spread or Longo’s Curato Apulian “Bomba” Hot Cream Mixed Vegetables
4 slices eggplant, grilled
1 pkg (200g) Longo’s Brioche Burger Buns
1/4 cup Longo’s Burger Sauce
2 tbsp Longo’s Muffuletta Olive Antipasto (mild or hot)
Longo’s Organic Baby Arugula and Longo’s Roasted Red Peppers

Directions

Season burgers all over with salt and pepper. Grill patties over medium heat, turning once, for about 12 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted through the side of the patter registers 160°F. Toast buns lightly. Dress with toppings. Serve immediately.
