LONGO'S SUMMER SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 can (400mL) Longo’s Essentials Coconut Milk (regular or light) 

3 cups frozen Longo’s Strawberries & Bananas 

2 tbsp Longo’s Chia Seeds 

1 tbsp Longo’s Unpasteurized Pure Liquid Honey or Maple Syrup (optional) 

Longo’s Oats & Honey Granola (optional) 

Fresh strawberries or banana slices for garnish 

Directions

Place coconut milk in blender and add frozen fruit, chia seeds and honey, if using. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. (Make-ahead: Divide into small resealable bags or ice cube trays and freeze. When ready to use, pulse them in blender until smooth.) Pour into glasses and garnish with granola, if using, and strawberries to serve.
