Ingredients

1/3 cup Longo’s Mayonnaise

2 tbsp chopped Longo’s Curato Capers

1 tbsp each Longo’s Dijon mustard and horseradish

1/2 tsp Longo’s Essentials paprika

1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

1 pkg (568 g) frozen Atlantic salmon burgers

1 pkg (200 g) Longo’s Brioche Burger Buns

Lettuce and sliced tomatoes as garnish

8 cups Longo’s Organic Spring Greens

1/3 cup Longo’s House Blend Dressing 

Directions

Whisk together mayonnaise, capers, mustard, horseradish, paprika and hot sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.  

Lightly spray burgers with cooking spray and place on preheated medium grill for about 18 minutes, turning once until thermometer reaches 158’F.  

Spread bottom buns with some of the mayonnaise mixture and top with lettuce and tomato. Add salmon burger and remaining mayo mixture. Top with bun. Toss salad greens with salad dressing and serve burgers alongside. ’
