Ingredients

1 pkg (500g) Longo's Beef or Kimchi Dumplings

1 pkg (500g) Longo's Asian Style Mixed Vegetable Blend

8 cups Longo's chopped Romaine or Longo's Organic Baby Spinach

1/4 cup Longo's Thai or Korean Sauce (approx.)

1/4 cup chopped Longo's Roasted & Salted Virginia Peanuts

Directions

Spread dumplings and veggies onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and drizzle with 3 tbsp Longo's Essentials 100% Pure Canola Oil and toss to coat evenly. Roast in preheated 425°F oven for about 35 minutes, stirring once, until golden brown and dumplings are crisp.

Spread lettuce onto plates and top with dumplings and veggies. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with peanuts to serve.
