SPEEDY SUMMERTIME SPAGHETTI

Ingredients

1 pkg (325g) Longo’s Garlic Bread

1 pkg (450g) Longo’s Spaghetti

1 pkg (3 cans) Longo’s Curato Yellowfin Light Tuna in Olive Oil, undrained

1 pkg (255g) Longo’s Seriously Sweet Grape Tomatoes, halved 

1/2 cup chopped fresh Longo’s Organic Basil

Directions

Toast garlic bread according to package directions and cut into triangles on the diagonal; keep warm.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for about 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain and return to pot. Stir in tuna with oil, tomatoes and basil along with 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper until well combined. Serve spaghetti with the garlic bread.

Tips: For an added punch, add 1 tsp Longo’s Curato Crushed Hot Chili Spread or serve with Longo’s Crushed Chilies.

Missing some cheese? No problem, grab Longo’s Grated Parmesan from the fridge and give it a shake over your plate.

Enjoy this dish hot or cold! Add a splash of Longo’s Balsamic Vinegar or Balsamic Salad Dressing for a delicious spaghetti salad.
