Ingredients
4 frozen Longo’s Falafel Burgers
1 pkg (341g) fresh Longo’s 3-pack Tri-Colour Peppers, seeded and quartered
4 Longo’s White or Whole Grain Pita Bread
1 tsp Longo’s Montreal Style Steak Spice
1 container (227g) Longo’s Hummus (your favourite flavour)
Directions
Lightly spray grill with Longo’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil cooking spray. Grill falafel burgers and peppers on preheated medium-high grill, turning once, for 12 to 15 minutes or until grill marked and burgers are heated through. Divide among 4 dinner plates.
Brush pitas with 2 tbsp Longo’s Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with steak spice. Place on grill, turning once, for about 3 minutes or until warmed and grill marked. Tear in half and add to plate along with hummus.
