YOGURT RICOTTA FRUIT BOWL

Ingredients
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup Longo’s Ricotta Cheese
1 tbsp Italian orange blossom honey, plus more for drizzling
2/3 cup Longo’s Oats & Honey Granola
2 cups fresh mixed seasonal berries and chopped peaches or plums
2 tbsp Longo’s Walnut Pieces
2 tbsp Longo’s Pumpkin Seeds
Directions
Whisk together yogurt, ricotta and honey until smooth. Divide among two bowls. Top with fruit, granola and sprinkle with walnuts and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with additional honey if desired.
